Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Infer.tax does not sell your personal information. We do not share your transactions, receipts, position memos, or any derived data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Bank data flows through Plaid and inbox data flows through the Gmail API solely to power your account. Classification runs through our LLM providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) under zero-retention terms — your prompts are not stored on the provider side and are not used to train their models. Detail in the Privacy Policy.

Request deletion or a data export

California residents (and everyone else) can request a copy of their data or a full account deletion at any time. We respond within 30 days.

Email privacy@infer.tax with the email address on your account, or use the deletion workflow inside the app once you are signed in.

Authorized agent requests

If you are submitting a request on behalf of a California resident, include written authorization signed by that person. We may verify identity before fulfilling the request.
